At present, three subjects 1. Gujarati, 2. Economics & 3. Hindi are taught as Principal subjects. Three subjects 1. History 2. Sanskrit & 3. Psychology are taught as First Subsidiary Subjects and Six subjects 1. Gujarati 2.Hindi 3.Economics 4.History 5.Sanskrit & 6.Psychology are taught as Second Subsidiary subjects.

Three years Degree course is offered in Commerce Faculty. In Commerce faculty Advanced Accounting and Auditing is taught as Principal subject in three years Degree course. Six subjects 1.Economics 2.Business Organization and Management 3.Taxation 4. Business Laws 5. English & 6.Commercial Communication are taught as Compulsory subjects and two subjects 1.Secretarial Practice and 2. Business Statistics are taught as optional subsidiary subjects during the three years of degree course.

Our college has post graduation centre of M.A. and M.COM. recognized by Gujarat University. In the Centre of M.A. Entire Hindi subject is offered to the students. Students can also select Gujarati as a subsidiary subject in the Two years of post graduation degree course. In M.Com. Cost Accounting and Management Accountancy are taught as Principal subject and Economics of Developing countries, Business Finance, Business Organization and Marketing Organization and Practice are taught as compulsory subjects in the Two years of post graduation course.

The working of the college begins with prayer. During the course of teaching, faculty members often stress upon value based and spiritual education. We arrange guest lectures for the upliftment and to strengthen the values of life and art of living.

One of the educational policies of our Nation is to motivate the youths of the Nation to take interest and participate in the positive and progressive programmes of society and to create National Emotional unity through community service and social work, so that students can be kept vigil for social responsibilities and they can be made enlightened and responsible citizens of the Nation. To tune with these objectives our college arranges various extension activities in the villages nearing Dholka town and create awareness with regards to the social environmental and health related problems. Faculty members and administrative staff members share to this noble cause.

This is a competitive world and youths of India should be equipped with quality of leadership and innovative mind, so that they can cope with the new changes occurring in the competitive world. To flourish the quality of leadership and innovative minds is one of the aims of Indian educational policy.


>> Admission Processes 1st Year Students (Semester Systems)

Students passing the 12th G.S.E.B. Examination are eligible for admission the the Under Graduate Courses. Students are admitted on the basis of merit irrespective of caste, creed, gender and race in accordance with the rules of the university. Merit lists are displayed on the notice boards. The college follows the reservation policies formed by the government and in accordance with it gives admissions to the students.

At the beginning of academic year the new students of First year are given subject wise test to know about their knowledge of the subject. Those who are below average are given special guidance. The institution also practices writing assignments.

The Institution makes an academic calendar and the departments prepare annual teaching plans. The faculties have started using I.C.T. most of the faculties arranges group discussions, seminars, elocution, poetry recitation, reading and writing methods even students are motivated to make power point presentation and chart presentation.

Teachers upgrade them by attending workshops, seminars, conferences, by reading reference books, journals, magazines, by using internet etc.

There are two compulsory internal examinations to evaluate the student’s progress. In addition we also give one additional examination for those who are unable to appear in one of the two compulsory examinations.
